Sky sports buffering on LG TV

I'm suffering like a few others on here. Sports buffers every 10 minutes or so. I've followed all of the advice on here; have the latest software update, restarted the tv app, reinitialised the app too. Have an internet speed averaging 150 Mbps too. Raised a case with support desk 8 days ago and still no update! Paying for a service that you can't enjoy watching.

Hi @Anonymous User  are you connected by wifi or ethernet?  If Wifi are you using 5 ghz or 2ghz?  I am assuming you are on Virgin from the speeds.

Yes, virgin media broadband. Currently connected via Ethernet cable but also getting the same problems from wifi on both ghz
