If it's an LG Smart TV (or some models of Samsung) it may have a NOW TV app on the TV itself, and if you've used that to watch that's why it's registered as a device. But if you have a NOW TV box connected to it and that's the device you'd rather use then you can remove the TV from your list.
However you you can have up to four devices registered to your account and watch on up to 2 at the same time so if they are the only two devices on your list it won't do any harm to leave them for the time being.

Many thanks Andy. Yes it is an LG Smart TV so I thought that would be the case.
Nice... Out of interest, what's your LG televisions model number?
