Pixelating constantly

Hello,
I am a new customer just purchased my pass , using a white box and everything is unwatchable, very disappointed.
I ha e reset my router, upgraded the box, switched everything off and back on checked my service status etc please can anybody help .
I'm happy to buy a black box but reluctant to do so if it's not going to make a difference.
Any advice greatly received.
