Not familiar with LG Smart TV's, but what i tend do if i am encountering issues with any of my electronic devices is to switch them off at the power electrical mains for a minute (i.e. soft reboot) and then power up the device again to see if that has fixed it.

updated to most recent app and now its gone mad..... no wonder I never renew my Nowtv subs
Why should I have to turn my tv on and off just to get a basic app to work
