Freeze

Now tv box keeps freezing.reset everything.still the same

First things first. Can you please confirm the model of your NOW TV playback device?

 

Is it the NOW TV 'white' (Roku LT) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'smart' (4500SK - NOW TV) box? Which looks like this: -

  • Are you an existing or brand new NOW TV subscriber?
  • How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a hard-wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?
  • What things have you already tried to get your NOW TV playback device working again?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us NOW TV forum members and/or a NOW TV Team member to work out a solution for you!

@Anonymous User is it freezing on all content or just the ITV hub? Some folk are having issues with that currently. Can you advise exactly when it freezes.
