Can't find now tv app on my LG 24MT35 tv

I can't seem to get the now tv app on my new lg tv. It's a 24" 24MT35 model and I can see now tv is a frequently searched item but it won't bring it up. Where is now tv app and whys it so hard to find???

Sorry to hear this.

 

If the NOW TV app isn’t appearing on your home screen, within the Premium section, you’ll need to perform an Initialisation of Premium (thankfully, not as complicated as it sounds).

Just go to your settings to prompt ‘Initialisation’ for all your apps. This clears the decks, so to speak, fixing any corrupt files and ensuring you have the full set of apps on your TV.

To fix this:

  • Press the Home / Smart button on your remote control.
  • Go to Settings and scroll down to Support.
  • Select Initialisation of Premium and press OK when prompted.


If your settings don’t match the ones above, try these steps instead:

  • Press the Home / Smart button on your remote control.
  • Go to Premium and choose Option (or press GREEN if using a standard remote control).
  • Select Initialisation of Premium and press OK when prompted.


After completing these steps, the NOW TV app should appear within the Premium section of your apps home screen.
