Can I access all packages on LG Smart TV?

i have a sky cinema pass and an enterainment pass - but i can only view Sky films on my LG tv - no options show for the enterainment pass ... do i need to reset anything?  Its a smart tv with the NOW tv app loaded in the apps section.  All options are available when i connect to my samsung non smart tv.

Welcome to the forum. Yes you can watch all the NOW TV passes with the built-in NOW TV app on LG Smart TVs. 

 

Just to check you're not using a YouView (eg TalkTalk or BT) box connected to your LG TV? If you are then these only allow the cinema pass, and you would need a different device if that is the case.

Thanks ... I'm using a BT box ... what device would I need to run now tv please?

Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option.
