If you are being charged £6.99 for sports passes they are one-off purchases so you don't get a cancel option for those. However if you haven't used the sports pass you can get a refund within 14 days by going onto live chat and requesting one.
To get to live chat, go to the following help page and click the Start Live Chat button.

If you are finding lots of day pass charges appearing it could be someone in the household is buying them on a NOW TV box for example without you knowing. In that case I'd recommend turning on your payment PIN which will stop any purchases being made unless the PIN is entered first. You can do that from your My Account > Payment PIN page

i cancel entertainment pass and the kids pass well over a week ago but you still took money out off my account...its not the first time you,ve done this...i cancel the these passes in august last year..but you still continued to take money out of my account..this is so very annoying...all i want is the movie channel thats it.

After cancelling the 'Entertainment' and 'Kids' services via your 'My Account' you will have been sent a confirmation email. This being the case, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned/refunded to you by contacting a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility.
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
