Kids pass info

Hi, I bought now tv boxes a few months ago, we watch most of the entertainment package including the kids channels. I know the kids channels will be in own section now (mine hasn't updated yet), but I received no information about the changes and yet the kids probably get more tv time than I do. Any info you can give me on if I will have to do updates ect. Would be gratefully received and if there will be any bundles available ect. Thanks

Looks like the updates with the kids pass are starting to appear on NOW TV boxes. You can check yours by doing the following.


From your homescreen, go to Settings >System > System Update and see if an update is available. If not, leave it a while and try again later. You should notice the NOW TV app is now a yellow and pink logo.

We did reach out to our customer base to let them know that this change was due to take place. We're sorry if you missed this email. 

 

The Kids Pass is £2.99 after your 14 day free trial, we have added lots more content to the Kids Pass which include extra channels! 

 

If you haven't received the update yet, fear not. We are in the process of rolling out this update to the devices that support the Kids Pass. Please see @Andy steps above on how to perform an update.
