Kids channel

I've been emailed to say I've got a 4 month free trial to this. I have now tv as my kids watch loads of stuff but all the kids channels have disappeared but there is no kids pass/app on my box so where are the kids channels?

@Anonymous User Do a system update on your box by going to settings then System Update with the Now TV Box.
