Kids app

Hi the new kids app hasn't shown on my screen yet even though I've had an email saying it launches today and I have 4 months free, anyone else having the same problem?

Welcome to the forum.

If you are using a NOW TV box, from your homescreen, go to Settings >System > System Update and see if an update is available. If not, leave it a while and try again later. You should notice the NOW TV app is now a yellow and pink logo.

If you are using a different device you might need to check the relevant App Store to see if there is an updated app to install to get the kids pass.
