Kids TV pass offer. Link not working

Hi, I've been sent an email confirming my kids to pass is about to expire, but giving me a link so I can get three months for the price of one. I wanted to take this up, but when I click on the link it just tells me I've already got a kids to pass. Is anyone able to help as to why this is, and how I get it to work? Thanks

On the email is there a deadline date to accept the kids pass offer by following the link ?

Should the kids pass email offer still be within the expiry date mentioned on the email from nowtv, then perhaps try live chat.

Thank you for the reply. In the end I had to cancel my current subscription and then click on the link once it had expired. It then let me sign up for the new tariff. Just one of those odd things, I guess!
