Hi I ordered the movies and entertainment package last week,on a six month deal for both to find out this morning the kids channels are no longer on there?
I apparently now have to subscribe to that separately? I am really annoyed by this,if I had known this was going to happen I would not have got the deal I did,so I would like you to honour the contract I was sold.

I would recommend contacting live chat to see if they can assist you in anyway with an extended kids pass trial.
