Cbeebies asking for parental pin

Daughter has just tried to watch Peter rabbit on cbeebies and it asked for the parental pin, I typed it in so she could watch it but has anyone else had this problem? It's a kids TV programme so why ask for the pin?

@Anonymous User did it have a rating, sometimes if a program doesn't the system is over zealous.

No rating as I checked but seeing as it's a kids channel and settings are set so they can watch anything under 12.
