In the interest in collecting information: -
Which make and model of Now TV playback device do you have?
Which Now TV packages (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports) have you subscribed to?
How is your Now TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?
Do other 'apps' such as BBC iPlayer work okay on your Now TV playback device?

Welcome to the forum.

The only smart TVs that's have a NOW TV app are certain models of LG, so if you have a different make you'd need to use a set top box or games console instead. There's quite a wide range of devices available, so have a look at the following help page to see if you already have a suitable device at home. If not the NOW TV box is available at reasonable prices from the NOW TV website or places such as Amazon, Currys, Argos and most supermarkets.
