money taken out of account

I have a yearly subscription and I am confused as to why £7.99 and £9.99 have come out my account and my year is not over yet, i would like a refund of the money as it has been taken out without my permission, if this problem is not resolved I will be taking this further.

@Anonymous User is your subscription for both entertainment and movies? If you go to https://account.nowtv.com/payments you can check what you have been charged for. £7.99 can be a sports day pass too.
