Anyone know why I’m being charged nearly £100 a month for 3 boxes but not got use of all of them and can’t seem to let me cancel any of these and saying I don’t have any passes on any of them 路‍

Now TV just frozen and blue light on

My NOW TV has just frozen today and there is a light blue light on. I have changed the batteries on the remote but it is not doing anything. I can’t even reset the settings on the tv as it won’t navigate to anywhere. What shall i do?

10p pending charge? Billing help

I recently got a nowtv box but I've had sky sports pass since before xmas. I've just noticed that i have a pending charge of 10p in my online banking from nowtv. I have no idea what this is.Can someone enlighten me?Cheers
