Worst services ever

After first ordering Now broadband, I thought Yeah internet plus TV good choice,NOT ITS THE WORST,after calling loads of times to get services active after Now TV changed my date ect,thought I signed up to better package but No,as there lack of CUSTOMER SERVICES NO FOLLOWING UP ON CUSTOMER'S, THINK THESE SHARE HOLDERS ARE SMIING AS MONEY COMES IN,COMMUNITY WASTE OF TIME, LEAST I CAN STILL CANCE AND MOVE AS IN COOLING OFF PERIOD, TOTALLY DISGUISED AS I'VE WORKED IN THIS FIELD AND NOT THE BEST SERVICES

I've had the exact same problem three weeks now been waiting for three weeks now with no update from there side I'm disgusted
