Sports pass not working

Dear Now TV or anyone that can help.

i am so upset with NowTV

i bought a sky sports week pass this morning. I have a Mac so I downloaded latest version of NowTV app too. When I sign in and try to watch sky sports there is no play button or anything and I can’t watch it. I have tried to get through to customer care but your chat button just says it’s busy and doesn’t work. I have been round in circles on your poor excuse of customer help page and I can’t even ring anyone to help. This is awful. I have missed the match I wanted to watch. What do I do??? This is the worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced! How do I get a refund? It doesn’t seem to be anything I can do?!?!

What site?

 

Are they an authorised NowTV reseller?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
