This morning, around 12.30am - 2.00am, I made a second attempt to watch England vs France game on All4, the first attempt ended when the catch up video, at 10 minutes 31 seconds, went into an endless 2 second stop and repeat loop.
When my second attempt to watch the match ended in failure I immediately checked to see if the problem occurred with other apps as well, it did not. I then went back into All4 to see if the problem cropped up with other catch up videos, everything else worked perfectly.
At this point, about 2.20am, I sent an email to Channel 4 pointing out the problem I found and afterwards I spent the rest of my "before dawn" period watching all the UEFA 2017 highlight, which all played flawlessly.
At about 12.20pm today, I received an email from Channel 4 apologising for the problem and that it has been escalated to their technical team.
I now await Channel 4's confirmation that they have solved the problem.
