Hello,
I had a box sent to me that my partner signed up for, turns out he owed a debt to Sky and was told that he wouldn't be able to set up the box we recieved.
I've just made an account in my name, the problem is my new activation date is 7th May. We already have the box (the orginal activation date was the 25th April), would I be able to use that box and start it early or would I need to be sent a new box and wait till the 7th?

Is this a NowTV box, or a Sky box? Sky boxes we don’t deal with.
If it’s a NowTV box, which one is it? The white ones have limited functionality these days, but the black ones, of which there are several models, are still good.
But NowTV boxes don’t need activating, and indeed are agnostic about who is using them, needing only some NowTV account details to spring into life.
