I am assuming you mean there is no signal message on your TV screen when trying to watch nowtv and there is a power light showing on your device.
If that the case and you are using an external nowtv device such as the nowtv box or games console then try some of these suggestions below.
Power down your device and TV for 30 secs and then switch them both back on making sure you select the correct HDMI input source number on your TV remote controller.
If no luck, then power down the TV and nowtv external device again and remove and then reconnect the HDMI cable and see if that works.
Still no joy, then try a different HDMI port on your TV and maybe look at a replacement HDMI cable.
If the no signal relates to the Freeview channels on the Nowtv smart box, then check your TV aerial and re scan the TV channels (last resort try a factory reset on your NowTV smart box).
