Now tv has stopped working on our TVs.

We can't access anything on our Now tv. We just get a blank screen, no menu or options. Any suggestions?

First things first... What's the make and model of your NOW TV playback device. And how is it connected to the internet, wireless (WiFi) or wired ethernet?

@Anonymous User press the reset button on the box (either on bottom or small pin hole) for 30 seconds until box resets.
