I have had 2 payments of £3.49 taken this month one at the beginning and one now . why ?
Please answer my queries as my last queries when unanswered. Also why when I aded the movie pass on 15 the of this month wasn't I offered a combined pass that gave me one payment a month ?

Welcome to the forum. You should be able to see what the payments are for by going to your My Account > View My Bills page

If by combined pass you mean eg entertainment and movies together these tend to be introductory offers for new customers rather than something offered to returning customers. But if you have any queries about what you're paying and what you've been offered try having a word with live chat.

Thank you I had looked 2 payments for my entertainment pass have been taken one on 28th of September ( my regular payments are 28th of the month) and one on the 19 the October . so two payments in one month .

If you're on the Combo broadband and calls service you would receive one monthly bill rather than paying separately but I'm just a forum member so I can't tell you why that's happened. I'd recommend popping onto live chat using the link mentioned in my previous post (or if you're a Combo customer you can give the team a call instead) and they should be able to tell you what's happening.
