Paying for something that I can’t get on to any of my devices as saying changed them.. how am I meant to watch what I am paying for it not even let me watch on device that hasn’t been changed at all?

If you are getting the message saying reached maximum device limit.
Then pop over to live chat and ask them to reset your devices, then once reset play some nowtv content on the devices you want to re register again on your account (up to a maximum of four).
