Horrible internet new user

Hi, I just switched from BT and paid for an exorbitant amount of money to get NOW broadband and extra fibre booster. It's absolutely horrible and I don't even get more than 1 or 2 WiFi signals. Is there anyone who has faced the same and any way to change it ?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. The Hub 2 that NOW TV provide is a rebadged Sky Q router and has good wifi capabilities on it (there are plenty of reviews of the Sky Q router around if you want to read up) so I'd expect you to get good wifi performance from it. If you've tried rebooting the router (which forces it to check for the most suitable wireless channels) and you've followed the usual placement guidelines (open space, central position, high not low, away from sources of electrical interference) then I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call to see if they can troubleshoot.

and click the Moving Home section. However they are experiencing high call volumes at the moment so if possible I'd wait until tomorrow.
