Extremely poor picture quality

I am a new member of NOW TV, having bought a stick and entertainment bundle today. On going to watch a film and various other shows the picture quality is terrible, to the point we can’t watch the programmes. 

It cant be our internet as we regularly watch Netflix without any issues. 

Please advise

What's the WiFi signal like on the stick and what's the PQ like on other Apps on the stick.

Sometimes a reboot on the router improves the picture quality when streaming on the nowtv App.

Miraculously the picture seems a lot clearer this morning. Pehaps the classic turn it off and back on has worked on this occasion.
