Cancellation

Now Tv are as bad as their owner Sky! I want to cancel my pass, too, but can't. Nor is the sodding 'help' section any good. Tried to get onto 'live' chat, but after 20 mintues STILL no sign of life. Instructions for cancelling say go to the pass you want to cancel and click the cancel button next to it - but ther is no f*cking cancel button. No phone number to ring, just bloody 'live' chat which doesn't respond. Christ, what a Mickey Mouse outfit!
