I have not had now tv on For a month so why am I being billed for another month on top of that I was going to pay my usual bill today. Then I went online and it's been doubled how can I be billed for not using the passes or internet ?
Would like to talk to a member or the now tv team but when I phone all I get is a woman talking about the water supply in my area and then hangs up , confused
@Anonymous User there is not an number for Now TV only for Now broadband. If you check https://account.nowtv.com/payments/query/ you should be able to identify what you have been charged for.
