Being billed when I have canceld

I’m still being billed £9.99 a month by you and I cancelled 2 months ago online when I look on my account at my passes there is no option to try cancel again can you solve this ?

You are better going on to live chat who can take a look at your account.

 

  • Click the link.
  • Click on "get in touch" at the bottom.
  • Select "anything else" and then you will see live chat.
