This site is an official support channel for NOW TV customers. You can use it to ask any questions you have about the service, and we'll either resolve those questions for you here, or be in touch with you privately by email.
To ask a question, either:
1: Type your query into the search box at the top of a page, select a relevant topic and click the "Reply" button to add a new message
2: Click on the most appropriate section on the community homepage, then click "New Topic" and add your message
We'll aim to answer your query as soon as possible. In the meantime, you could always check out the NOW TV Blog for ideas on getting the most from your NOW TV account.
The Help Forum is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and contains tons of useful information to help you with your queries.
If you can't find what you're looking for, just start a new topic or reply to an existing one and you'll get an answer in no time at all.

Our Community Members
The Help Forum has lots of regular members who are really knowledgable about NOW TV's products and services. As well as having a wealth of technical knowledge and experience using NOW TV, they're impartial and can give hints and tips that the NOW TV Team might not be able to.
You'll see some customers with "" next to their name. These customers are part of our Community Contributor scheme, and are the most knowledgable and helpful customers on the site. If they help you, be sure to click the "Thanks" or "Accept as Solution" buttons on their posts.
If our community members can't answer your question, rest assured that the NOW TV Team will resolve your query instead.
The NOW TV Team
Available between 10am and 10pm 7 days a week, the NOW TV Team are on hand to ensure any issues you have are fixed. You can spot a member of the NOW TV Team by their NOW TV avatar just below their name.
As well as being able to offer advice and fix a number of issues in the public environment of the Help Forum, they're also able to access your NOW TV account and resolve other matters on a one to one basis.
If you ask a question which we can't answer publicly, keep an eye out for an email from the team, and we'll have your issue fixed in no time at all.
The first board you'll notice on the forum is the Service Status section. This is where we share information about any issues which might be affecting NOW TV customers, and so it's definitely worth taking a look there before you post.
If you see information relating to an issue you have, you can click "Topic Options" and "Subscribe" just above that post to keep updated. We'll send you email alerts as soon as there's news about the issue.
Please note, you can't reply to any topics in that section, or start new ones. If you really want to make a post, choose any other section on the forum homepage.
