2nd now tv box doesnt always work

I have 2 now tv boxes what will let me watch then the one upstairs starts saying I need to close a device before I can watch it again i only have 2 devices and there both now tv boxes how do I resolve the problem

Sounds to me there is a glitch, if you only have two boxes on your account and no other devices and you are getting the message that you reached the maximum simultaneous two streams permitted.

Maybe try deleting the two devices first on your account under Devices and then watch some nowtv content on them again to see if that does the trick.

If no joy, try jumping over to live chat and ask them to reset / clear all your devices to see if that makes any difference.

I’d check your devices list maybe someone has helped themselves to your now tv username and password.
