Dear NOWtv and parent compay BskyB,
3 episodes does not make a box set, too many times especially with the kids package and the programmes for children has there been only 3 episodes of a series that my children like, there are older children who want to watch tv other than toddlers.
I don't want adverts for the next 'big thing' you think is going to be 'great' in fact i'm very disappointed that you even think i would want to, give us a break and either advertise properly with a GUI that is currently LACKING some serious redesign basics, including a 'suggested' or 'we think you'd like'. Take a look at netflix, its done better and smoother.
While we are at it, can we do something about the speed of the GUI the XBOX one has so much processing power yet the app is SO SLOW a monkey could show some flashcards quicker.
