boost picture stream quality on sky sports football and main event channels

why am i paying for the boost when on the football and main event channels im getting a stream quality of 4830 and all the other channels a stream quality of 7831,im watching on a samsung smart tv thru the app on a wired connection,what is going on,has this continued from the england match on sunday,anyone else having this issue,sort it out please now tv,its a joke.

I have the exact same issue with my Roku Streaming Stick+. 

Lets hope that NowTV sort this out in time for EPL this weekend.

I agree that it is ridiculous that NowTV are taking payment as normal for a Boost pass which is supposed to deliver 50fps streams that are failing to provide to subscribers with no compensation offered.
