Just signed up to NOW landline and broadband and was wondering if you can access TV services without a set-top box?

Depends what your meaning by TV services? 

Do you mean memberships offered by NOW?

If so have a nosy at this link, it will indicate all devices that you can watch NOW on.

You need to elaborate more.

Sports you can get on BT Sport, which is a separate subscription to NOW.

As for drama, what TV channels are you talking about? 
If it’s Sky Atlantic etc then it’s the Entertainment membership.

If it’s channel W and Alibi then you need to go to BT and ask for the classic entertainment package.

NOW also has a sports membership but serves much different channels from BT
