mine not working says simultanious device but that not true

Hi @Ben524 

 

Have you tried to start the Day Sports on a smartphone, tablet or PC, then stop the stream and jump to your main playback device.

 

If you then see the simultaneous stream error, give it 10 minutes to see if the message clears.

It takes 15 minutes for the other stream to be “deactivated”.

If you take out boost you can watch on 3 devices at once.
