Sports pass refunds

Hi so I signed up for a Sports pass to watch the footy and boxing this weekend which has all been cancelled, had no luck on live chat getting a refund as the fella on the other end just kept repeating that they're going to be rearranged and didn't seem to grasp that meant I'd have to buy another pass in the future. 

Anyone experienced a similar issue and had it resolved?

What boxing was cancelled? The footy should be back next weekend. If not, then you and others may have more of a case.

When you say you bought a “pass” which one as NOW offers 2 types, day and month?

I was guessing from the reference to "the weekend" that is was not just a Day pass, which of course can be activated at a time of one's choosing.
