Hi @Me1

You could try the offer directly from the NOW website, where it may or may not override your existing Sports offer.

If you get an error message, that you are already on an existing offer and it doesn't work.

Then jump over to live chat by clicking on the green chat online button towards the top of this link page below and see if live chat will change your existing offer for the better 12 month deal.

Hi @Me1

That's great news.

Did you manage to get the free one month Boost Membership also or do you already have an active Boost Membership running on your account?

I have an active boost running on my account, which just went up to £6.00. Will look out if an offer comes up and will definitely try the link again thanks again

Hi @Me1

Don't use the link if you already have an active Boost Membership.

If you are looking to save some money on Boost, try cancelling your Boost Membership and see if NOW offers you a short term retention discount offer for Boost.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and if no Boost retention discount is given and you want Boost, just start it again and maybe wait another month or two and try the Boost cancel method again to see if a future Boost retention discount is offered in the coming months.

@Me1

When you cancel an offer, the current month keeps running for you until the next renewal date; you aren’t cancelling the membership with immediate effect, but rather you are cancelling the next and subsequent months renewals.

So while you can cancel the £25 offer any time you like, you can’t pick up the £21 offer for yourself until the current month of the £25 offer ends.

If you can still get the £21 offer after the day the current £25 month ends, you are best to cancel the £25  month now, but keep watching it until the month ends, and then subscribe to the £21 offer.

However, if you think the £21 offer may be gone when your current £25 month ends, then you need to get onto Live Chat to super-cancel the £25 month with immediate effect, freeing you up to take the £21 offer right now.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
