I signed up for now sports at £25pm but I’m worried if I cancel will I be charged till the year is up?

Should you fully cancel the Sports Membership offer (aprox four or five steps) you won't have to pay for any further months left on the offer.

You should also get an email of the cancellation, if no email arrives within a couple of hours then take a screenshot of your Sports Membership that it has been cancelled, it should say cancelled in red text next too it under My Membership on your online NOW account.

You can watch up until the date quoted on your account and after that date you won't be able to restart the Sports Membership at the discounted price and the offer will be lost.

Hi, thanks for the speedy reply, I was worried I would pay for the year.
Can I then watch the football for free on my mobile from the now app? I'm
told I can do that. Much appreciated

I'm over the moon with the replies, I could never get this info from Now.

What I done was cancel Now TV football pass @£25pm , take out the mobile pass, so at least I can see it, on a smaller screen. I then paid BT £25pm for their premier League plus champions League . I now have the whole football season covered. Special thanks to schnapps.

Great info, if I cancel I can watch on mobile I could then spend the £25 saved on BT sport. I would have the premiership plus champions League covered! Offer for mobile pass runs out on 29/9, so my next payment is 5sept, so if I cancelled now I think I could do both. If I waited till after the 5th that would take me into the next month and offer would be gone I think. Your info is great, much appreciated!!

Not with that offer.

You would need something like a Day Sports Membership with the included Mobile Membership freebie like the current offer on the NOW website (see screenshot below) where at the moment there is a 8 month Mobile Membership thrown in with the Day Pass.

Please note you only get 5 number Sky Sports channels with a Mobile Pass and if interested in Football you only get Premier League games on Sky Sports Premier League.

If you are interested in other football competitions then they won't be available on the Mobile Pass on Sky Sports Premier League channel.

Should have added if you are going to take up this Day Sports Pass and free bundled 8 month Mobile Sports Pass offer on their website.

You will need to cancel the existing full blown £25 per month Sports Membership and wait until it has finished.

Where you can't have a full blown Sports monthly Membership and Day Sports Pass on the same account at the same time.

Check the expiry date of the Day Sports Pass offer to see if it is in your timeframe window if you are interested in going down this path.

The day sport's pass offer ends 29/9. My next payment day for monthly pass
is sept 5. So if I cancel before sept 5, I should be ok, I think. If I
waited till after the 5th sept then that would take me into October 5. If I
get this wrong I could end up with nothing! If I cancel today the system
should let me view till 5 sept, I think. I could then go ahead with monthly
pass.

If you cancel the £25 monthly Sports offer today it should say you can watch up until either the 4th or 5th of September (after you cancel go back into your online account and under My Membership it should say cancelled in red text and give you a date you can watch up until).

Then on the 5th of September or the date thereafter you wish to purchase the Day Pass before the offer ends on the 29th of September, then go ahead and purchase the Day Sports Pass with the bundled free 8 months Mobile Sports Membership.

Just be aware it takes up to 10 days for the Mobile Sports Membership to be automatically applied to your account.

You can only watch the Mobile Membership on your smartphone screen (no casting) and can only watch the following channels Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.
