Here's some more information about Bonus Streams.
NowTV have missed off the NowTV boxes (Freeview NowTV Smart box doesn't currently offer Bonus Streams) and NowTV Stick from the below list which i copied & pasted from one of their guide articles.
Got a Sky Sports Month Pass, and one of the devices listed below? You can access extra channels on selected sports events using Bonus Streams, including additional EFL matches and F1 Race Control.
You’ll find all available Bonus Streams at the bottom of your NOW TV app homepage. Don't worry if you can't see any Bonus Streams right now – they'll appear automatically by the time the event starts.
Keep in mindYou can’t access Bonus Streams with a Sky Sports Day or Week Pass. NOW TV Boost features, including full HD and 50 frames per second, aren't available on Bonus Streams.

I have a Roku device, and monthly sports pass. But no EFL bonus streams were available to me tonight (I don't think I've ever seen them in the past). The online chat support (Vinay) claimed there were no bonus streams tonight, but I don't think I believe that.
I have tried rebooting the device, reinstalling the now app. Still no luck. Anyone any ideas?

There was four EFL bonus streams definitely showing on my Amazon Fire Stick.
Didn't check my Roku device, but there have been bonus sports streams in the past using my Roku Stick Plus.
Not sure why you can't see them on your Roku device.
Out of curiosity what Roku model are you using and are you a UK or Republic of Ireland customer?

Hi @Aaaaaaa
There are five scheduled EFL Championship football matches tonight on the NOW Bonus Stream service.
I will check my Roku Stick Plus later this afternoon to see if they are showing towards the bottom of the NOW App home screen.
The five bonus streams EFL Championship matches are already showing ready for 7.40pm tonight on my NOW 4K Smart box 😁.

Thanks @schnapps. yes, I'm UK based. Not sure what Roku model is, but it's a relatively old one (5+ years I'd guess), so it could be that. But it's still supported (the version of the Now app on it had an update this month). And Now claims that all Rokus should work.
So I could buy another streaming device, but it would only be for this (most streaming services have an app for my Panasonic TV, but Now doesn't).
Solving this isn't helped by the online chat support that straight out have me false information when they couldn't fix it (can't be sure if a lie to get me to go away or incompetence).

Hi @Aaaaaaa
I have just checked my Roku Stick Plus and at the bottom of the NOW App Bonus Sports Streams are showing five games for tonight.
The NOW App version number is 6.6 build 1 (you can find this by highlighting the App and pressing the star button on the remote).
If you go to Settings > Systems > About it should give you the Roku model number.
From About Settings section my Roku device is currently using Roku Software version number 10.5.0 build 4208-50.
No idea what Roku model numbers the NOW Bonus Streams support, where reading their FAQ help articles it suggests to me all of them that offers the NOW App on Roku.
I am assuming you have tried a fresh NOW App plus undertake a forced software update on your Roku by following these instructions.
Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2

I'm also on 10.5.0 with Now app 6.6.1, and software all up to date on a Roku 2 (4205EU) device. If I work anything out, I will update here.

On Saturday, the red button game was available to me. Not sure what I did differently this time, but no longer seems to be an issue.
