Sky sports passes.

I have redeemed a free one day sky sports pass and when it says activate it by simply watching it I go to sky sports football and it says ' you need a day, week or month pass' I've also tried purchasing a day, week and month pass and they have all failed saying ' whoops you already have a day/ week/month pass so we have taken it out your basket' what's going on!?!?. I already have in use an entertainment month pass and a sky sports mobile month pass where you get 5 channels. However I want the rest this month and to watch them on my phone. I know this works as for December/January I took advantage of the £20per month full access and watched everything on my phone.

Please someone help!

Check you are not using different accounts.

If you aren’t, under My Account -> Passes & Vouchers, check if you have a sports pass. 

if you see this you haven’t got an active sports pass
