I have just subscribed to the sky sports pass for the next 6 months. Now I going due to Coronavirus most live sport is postponed. Will now tv refund me?

I have the same issue - bought a month pass on 1st March and then there was no sport. I don’t know how to contact now tv for a refund or another pass later

Like many I am in the same boat as others, paid £195 for season pass and now no football or other sport. My pass runs out on 27 May so if the season is resumed lots of people are going to miss the end of the season. Being a lifetime Liverpool supporter the thought of missing the game when they win the league for the first time in 30 years is annoying especially after paying all that money at the start of the season!!!!
I submitted a complaint using the link given but no response as yet. This is completely wrong, we paid for a full season so if/when the season resumes we should get guaranteed Sky Sports for free, or 3 months refunded.

Don't panic. They realise everyone is in the same boat one way or another. When the sport returns they will help you. There's nothing they can do about it at the moment. Give them a ring when this madness has all blown over.

well they were smart and stopped all form of customer service so they don't even have to deal with refunds for now but we all defo deserve refund as we are not getting the service they said they would plus if the prem league don't receive all the TV fee they should defo refund everyone

The only reason they've suspended all forms of customer service is that it's based in India which is on a full scale lockdown and they don't have any uk based customer service agents, apparently it's to much of a logistics nightmare to move it from india to the uk

Me too. No idea what they're going to do but if they don't allow me to suspend/postpone my pass until normal service is resumed I will not be buying another. Surely it's a breach of contract as theyre obliged to provide what I've pad for?

I bought a now sports pass for 10 months last year, it runs out in July 2020. I realise Now are not responsible for the present crisis, but would have thought they would allow me and anyone in the same situation to freeze the pass until sport resumes. It would be pr for them.
