Sky sports pass - what happens now there is no live sport?
I have just subscribed to the sky sports pass for the next 6 months. Now I going due to Coronavirus most live sport is postponed. Will now tv refund me?

I want to exchange my sky sports pass for a sky movies pass. Is this possible?
cancel the sports pass, buy a cinema pass

Hi, live chat wouldn't work sent an email in the end. They didn't answer my message properly but said they would provide weekly passes to watch races when they are rearranged if season ticket runs out. I was asking about the premier league season continuing after my season ticket runs out. So not definitive but I'm hoping they give me weekly passes to watch remaining matches once my season ticket runs out. Not very professional of them but that is all I have from them. Poor customer service I don't want to renew with them if this how they treat customers. Why don't they provide a phone number so you can discuss problems with them?

Hi, what is the email address please? This self help approach is an absolute pain and I’m getting no where fast! I also have a 10 month Sports Pass that I would like to pause, until the sporting world gets back to normal. Many thanks

I've read you can definitely pause it but I haven't worked out how to do it. Getting hold of someone is extremely difficult.
