Sky sports pass - what happens now there is no live sport?

I have just subscribed to the sky sports pass for the next 6 months. Now I going due to Coronavirus most live sport is postponed. Will now tv refund me?

NowTV refuse to refund my F1 season pass in the basis no races are cancelled, only postponed. I don’t understand their position based on Formula1.com own confirmation of cancellation. Had I booked tickets to see this race they would have been refunded already!

Seems like no refunds/credits is the order from above.  I used a 3 month pass from a stick  in preference to a 1 month pass as I was using it to the end of the football season.  If the football season is over the I have lost 2 months, effectively £66.

Hi, live chat wouldn't work sent an email in the end. They didn't answer my message properly but said they would provide weekly passes to watch races when they are rearranged if season ticket runs out. I was asking about the premier league season continuing after my season ticket runs out. So not definitive but I'm hoping they give me weekly passes to watch remaining matches once my season ticket runs out. Not very professional of them but that is all I have from them. Poor customer service I don't want to renew with them if this how they treat customers. Why don't they provide a phone number so you can discuss problems with them?

I've read you can definitely pause it but I haven't worked out how to do it. Getting hold of someone is extremely difficult.
