Sky sports mobile pass

I purchased the sky sports mobile pass On Saturday so I could watch the football. Bought the pass went onto now tv on my phone to watch the match and nothing. Just keeps telling me to purchase a pass. So annoying, it says that premier league channel is included but there was no channel listed as premier league just the main event channel. Help

Can't help much, but are you using the NowTV App from your smartphone Apps Store and not attempting to watch via the NowTV website ?

 

Also with a Mobile Sports Pass, you are only allowed to watch five channels, which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.

 

Are you complying with the above ?

Hi, thanks for the reply, I was trying to watch it through the app on my phone (iPhone X) it’s letting me watch the sky news but there’s not even a premier league channel.

Have you tried a fresh download of the NowTV App from your smartphone Apps Store to see if that fixes it ?

I am assuming you have logged into the NowTV App on your phone with the same account details you used to buy the Mobile Pass ?

 

I have never used the Mobile Sports Pass myself (more old school and prefer watching on a large TV screen) so i won't be much further help sorry.

 

Your best bet is to pop over to live chat by clicking on the green chat button on this link page below.

Just another thought, i don't own any Apple devices (apart from an old second hand ATV 3 box) because Apple products are far too expensive and out of my price bracket.

 

Though i would love to own some of their devices (especially the Apple TV 4K box).

 

But if you are running a Beta version of the Apple OS on your iPhone, then this may or may not be the reason why there is a problem with the NowTV Sport Pass on the NowTV App (even if SSN plays).

 

Hopefully live chat will figure it out what's happening and will get the Mobile Pass working for you.
