I have a sky sports mobile pass but I can’t open the football channel on the app. I’m using the same login for NowTV (which shows my mobile pass is valid) and the app. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded. I’ve restarted my phone. What else can I try?
Turns out I was indeed trying to watch the wrong channel. Did not realise there was a premier league AND a football channel and tonight’s match was on the latter. Wish the error message was more clear! And also if the app could acknowledge that I had an active pass, that would’ve helped too as I thought that was the issue.
Yeah unfortunately if you want to watch a Carabao Cup Match then the games are usually on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football which is not covered under the NOW Mobile Membership.
