Sky sports mobile day pass and month pass

Hi, I paid for the mobile sports day pass yesterday because when i read what comes with it, it says that within 10days I will receive an offer for a 6-month mobile only sports pass. Has anyone done this and its worked for them? I've had a few people tell me it doesn't work on their phones or that they never even received the month pass offer after purchasing the day pass for £9.99.

My understanding is that you’ll receive an email telling you that the mobile membership has now been applied to your account. As for “not working” on their mobiles, the mobile membership does NOT have all the channels as the Day/full month membership.

When did you purchase the Day membership? Has it been almost 10 days?

What you need to remember is that it’s 10 working days and not calendar days.
