Hi can anyone tell me if you access red button with day & monthy sky sport day & monthly passes with a a now tv stick

Hi @Anne7 

You will need the NOW Monthly Sports Pass (Day Pass is not supported).

Also you will need a supported playback device (where the NOW Stick is a supported Bonus Streams device) where the Sky red button sports service on NOW is called Bonus Streams.

Ok iv got a Panasonic dv3. Digital tv but not a smart tv would this be a problem I have only watched sky sport day pass main match’s  but with three games coming up in next month was hoping that i could get these on read button. Don’t want to purchase if that will not be possible on my tv .

On your first post you mentioned a NOW Stick which will play NOW Bonus Streams on a television with an HDMI port on it if you have a Monthly Sports Membership (not Mobile Membership).

Do you own a NOW Stick or another supported device on the previous help article I linked with regards to NOW Bonus Streams ?

I own a NOW Stick and have a Monthly Sports Membership and NOW Bonus Streams work fine for me on my non smart television.

Forgot to mention it you are going to take out a Monthly Sports Membership just for the month only and don't want to continue with the monthly Sports Membership then make sure you cancel it before the next due scheduled payment date.

I normally cancels my monthly NOW Memberships a few days before it is scheduled to renew.

Cancel should be pretty straight forward.

A couple of days before the month Sports Membership is about to auto renew on it's next scheduled payment date, login to your online account here and click on the cancel Sports Membership button, then follow the on screen steps (approx 4 of 5 steps) to fully cancel the Membership.

Then go back to My Membership on your online account and it should say cancelled next to your Month Sports Membership.

You should also get an email confirmation that you have cancelled a Membership.

When you go through a cancel process you may be offered a retention discounted offer to keep your Membership running for a further period of time.

I just cancelled my month Sports Membership this week and got a retention offer of 6 months for £19.99 per month which I can cancel anytime and don't have to take up the full six months of the offer if I decide to cancel early.

The NOW Bonus Streams will appear on the bottom but last grid row of the NOW Stick main screen on the day when there is Bonus Streams red button football matches are on.

Sometimes they only appear an hour or so before the games kick off.

Here's an old example screen shot below for some Golf that was available on Bonus Streams.

If you are going to purchase a NOW month Sports Membership go to My Membership on your online account and towards the top of the screen page click on the "Exclusive Offers for You" to see if there is a Sports Membership offer (saving you paying full price of £33.99 per month).
