Sky sport pass not working

I have a sky sports pass but can't watch its through vodaphonebut no one to contact by phone

You can only get an Entertainment Membership through Vodafone, but there’s nothing to stop you adding extra membership options as well. Same here. Sports pass not working on Roku, Iphone, PC. And not sure who to contact.

What sports membership do you have? 

If you have the mobile membership then this only works on mobile phones.

If you have a day or month membership, then try activating the membership by “watching” on your mobile device then you can go onto your laptop.

Would it be a Sky Sports Mobile Pass deal via your Vodafone package ?

if so, i am assuming you are using a smartphone and watching on of the five permitted Sky Sports channels on the NOW App on your phone.

The five channels that you can watch are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) & News.

Sometimes downloading a fresh NOW App from your phone Apps Store will trigger the Mobile Pass into life.
