I have bought and used passes on iPad without any problem but I bought one yesterday to watch live football last night, have a receipt for payment, but when I tried to watch I got a message saying I needed a pass. I can’t seem to find anyway of contacting Now tv to sort out a refund and find out why it wouldn’t work. Any assistance is much appreciated.

You could try "watching" it on your mobile. This would in turn actative the pass.
If you still would want to lodge a complaint to request a refund, head onto Live chat.

Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box.
Other option is to send an email, to the address in the picture below.

Ive not had the problem before and now too late to watch on mobile, if that worked. I’ll try the live chat option and thank you once again for your help.
